Of Giannini Management Enterprises, LLC

Dr. Alex Giannini founded Comfortable Care Dental Group’s initial office in 1989 and serves full-time as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Dr. Giannini has over 14 years of experience in the administration and management of dental practices including its related businesses, as well as manufacturing, and real estate development/management. He practiced dentistry in Florida for 9 years, during which time he co-owned and managed 7 dental practices. Dr. Giannini has also been featured as a guest speaker at many Practice Management conferences. Dr. Giannini attended University of Florida, and subsequently earned his DDS degree in 1988 from Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He completed a General Practice Residency at SUNY in Syracuse New York in June 1989. His overall roles with the Company include doctor recruitment, Head Coach/Trainer, complete business development, marketing director, strategic planning as a business analyst to oversee the financial operations including the accounting systems, forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting of each individual affiliated office and company. Dr. Giannini also focuses on the acquisition of new practices while securing new management agreements for Giannini Management Enterprises, LLC. Additionally, he oversees the technology the company utilizes together with the design and implementation of all systems for each practice the company is involved with.
Armando Yanez is the company’s Chief Financial Officer and has over 20 years of corporate finance experience. He has focused on real-estate finance since 2000. Mr. Yanez, most recently, served as a Director of Pacific Security Capital, a vertically-integrated, real estate services company that provides advisory, capital markets, development and investment sales services to the real estate industry. Prior to joining Pacific security Capital, Mr. Yanez held a variety of executive positions for companies ranging in size from regional mid-market enterprises to large international organizations. He was a principal in a commercial real estate consulting practice in Florida and was formerly the VP of Finance for a NYSE listed corporation.
Mr. Yanez is responsible for all the financial matters related to the development, construction and management of the hotels. He is primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the business. He is also responsible for financial planning, record-keeping, financial reporting to management and communicating financial performance and forecasts to management.
